| General policy
No refunds. Concerts are never cancelled due to rain. In case of rain, only PELOUSE (lawn) tickets can be exchanged for another concert or upgraded for seats under the roof (a fee of $2.75 (in person) or $3.75 (by phone) is charged. Patrons with tickets marked SIÈGE have seats under the Amphitheatre roof (sections A+, A, B, C). Concert ticket prices are in Canadian currency, taxes included (5% GST and 7.5% QST). There are also service charges on all phone and internet transactions. Artists and programs are subject to change without notice. The Festival cannot be held responsible for these changes.
