Purchases in person:
There are no service charges for purchases made in person except for subscriptions: $4 for a partial subscription and $5 for a full subscription. Purchases by phone or Internet:
For each ticket or package purchased by phone or internet, a $4.00 (for a ticket of $18.00 or more) and $2 (for a ticket of $17.99 and less) service charge applies, taxes included. An additional handling charge of $3.55 per order applies (no matter how many tickets purchased) for tickets picked up before concerts at the Amphitheatre or church ticket offices, or sent by mail. General policy
No refunds on concert tickets, packages and tourist activities. Concerts, packages and tourist activities are never cancelled due to rain. In case of rain, only PELOUSE (lawn) tickets can be exchanged for another concert or upgraded for seats under the roof (a fee of $2.75 (in person) or $3.75 (by phone) is charged. Patrons with tickets marked SIÈGE have seats under the Amphitheatre roof (sections A+, A, B, C). Concert ticket prices are in Canadian currency, taxes not included. There are also service charges on all phone and internet transactions. Artists and programs are subject to change without notice. The Festival cannot be held responsible for these changes.
