Isabelle FAUST, violin

Violinist Isabelle Faust won the Leopold Mozart Competition when she was just fifteen. Since then she has enjoyed a brilliant international career that includes a number of recordings, among them the complete Beethoven sonatas that received much critical praise. Last season she appeared with the Berlin Philharmonic, the Munich Philharmonic, the Orchestre de Paris and the Boston Symphony. This summer she joins the OSM and Kent Nagano in Brahms’s sublime concerto.
