After acclaimed appearances at the Amphitheatre, the prestigious German Chamber Orchestra and its Music Director, Paavo Järvi returned to the Festival on August 2 and 3, 2014, to everyone’s delight. After Beethoven and Schumann, the ensemble focuses on Brahms with the first two symphonies and the majestic Piano Concerto in D minor with the great Lars Vogt as soloist.
