Everything you need to know to make the most of your visit to our site.
Never be caught off guard.
Concerts are never cancelled due to rain. The Amphithéâtre has 2,000 under its roof, sheltered from the bad weather. If you have “LAWN” tickets, you may upgrade your tickets for seats under the roof (plus difference in cost and service charge of $3.75 per ticket). In the event of a major storm, our staff will take the necessary measures to ensure your safety.
The gates of Amphithéatre Fernand-Lindsay open two hours before the concert begins. If you do not have your tickets, we recommend that you arrive approximately 40 minutes before the concert begins as traffic around the Amphitheatre can sometimes be quite heavy.
If you have chosen to book a nice table at one Festival’s partner restaurants, plan to arrive at 5 p.m. (Fridays and Saturdays) or at 11 a.m. (Sundays) to enjoy your meal at your leisure.
Latecomers with “Seats” tickets must wait for a break in the performance before taking their seats under the roof.
Warm, comfortable clothes
Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay is an outdoor concert venue, so be sure to pack warm clothes for evening concerts as the temperature can drop considerably after sunset. With comfortable clothes on, you will enjoy the relaxing and magical setting of the Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay site.
Tips for families and children
Enjoy free lawn access at any time. Children can stretch their legs and play safely on our vast green space that covers the entire festival grounds.
To avoid injury and obstructing spectators’ view, umbrellas must be closed in the “front” section of the lawn when the concert begins. They can be kept open in the designated back section of the lawn.
All animals except guide dogs are forbidden in the Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay.
We ask that all visitors respect the natural beauty of the site and do not drive through the wooded areas. Please use the trash cans and recycling bins. During your visit, we also ask that you respect the cultural heritage of our century-old churches.
For your safety, a trained first aid staff member is present at each concert to assist you in case of illness.
Change of program
Performers and repertory may change without notice. The Festival cannot be held responsible for last-minute changes.
