Dedicated to welcoming festival-goers with constant efficiency and courtesy, Les Ami(e)s du Festival have been assisting patrons since 1986. These hundred volunteers are now proud ambassadors of what the region has to offer to music lovers from Quebec and abroad, who are continually amazed by the Festival.

The excellence of their service has been officially recognized by the BNQ, which awarded them the first customer service certification ever granted in Quebec.
