MARKETING AND SALES COORDINATOR

Under the supervision of the Communications and Marketing Department, the individual coordinates the implementation of marketing strategies aimed at promoting the organization's activities, increasing the visibility of events, and developing audiences.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Plan, coordinate, and deploy sales-oriented marketing campaigns (subscriptions,
    single tickets, promotions)
  • Ensure consistency between marketing strategies and ticketing objectives
  • Analyze sales data and recommend actions to optimize performance
  • Coordinate digital marketing initiatives (advertising, newsletters, automations)
  • Collaborate closely with our external partners for marketing and promotion follow-up
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for marketing projects
  • Develop partnerships and promotional activations
  • Develop and coordinate group sales.
  • Participate in the implementation of loyalty and audience development strategies
  • Contribute to the customer experience, from promotion to the event
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
  • Plan and manage content calendars (social media, newsletters, website)
  • Write and adapt promotional content (emails, posts, advertisements)
  • Collaborate with artistic teams, partners, and suppliers
  • Participate in the coordination of launches and promotional events

PROFILe sought

  • Education in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3 years of marketing project management experience, ideally with a sales component
  • Keen interest in the cultural sector (music, performing arts, festivals)
  • Excellent written communication skills (French, English an asset)
  • Proficiency in digital and advertising tools (Meta, Google Ads, CRM, newsletters)
  • Organizational skills and priority management
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and creativity
  • Excellent analytical skills (data interpretation, KPIs, ROI)
  • Strong results orientation and goal achievement
  • Autonomy, thoroughness, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Continuous learning and curiosity

ASSETS

  • Experience in the cultural or events industry
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g., Ticketpro, Eventbrite)
  • Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe)

CONDITIONS

  • Full-time (35 hours/week)
  • Salary commensurate with experience (range from $23.70 to $31.53/hour)
  • Remote work 2 days per week
  • Irregular schedule during Festival periods (evenings and weekends possible)
